We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to help support our company's merchandising efforts by analyzing data and building new systems. Our team works on a variety of initiatives, such as helping to prioritize merchandising opportunities based on existing product sales or analyzing and reporting on publishing workflows to minimize throughput time and rework.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain data pipelines that serve as the foundation for rich reporting and business intelligenceDevelop and optimize data models that transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets for downstream analysisWrite clean, well-documented queries and code to ensure pipeline reliability, scalability, and maintainabilityCreate reports and dashboards to monitor customer impact and operational progressConduct analyses of customer behavioral data to identify trends and surface opportunitiesDevelop business solutions that align with strategy and represent customer needs understood through data analysis and researchValidate the impact of key metrics on long-term business objectives in a statistically rigorous mannerEvaluate and build tools that enable teammates to solve problems and maximize customer impactA bachelor's degree is required for this role.
