Overview:We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with over 3+ years of professional experience to help create intuitive, engaging, highly-functional software for our clients. This requires a blend of user research, creative design, and strategic thinking to shape solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. This role is a blend of UX and UI.Key Responsibilities:Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and other methods to identify target user groups and understand their needs.Design and deliver customized, high-quality digital experiences based on research insights and product requirements.Create deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, storyboards, site maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.Guide the application of UX research methods and usability testing to inform design decisions.Excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex UI challenges.Collaborate closely with director of design, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.Translate product specs and user psychology into smart, effective design decisions.Communicate confidently with clients—presenting designs, handling feedback, and explaining your approach.Preferred Additional Skills:Experience with A/B testing and optimizing UI elements (e.g., CTAs, landing pages, banners, and navigation flows).Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design or similar field.Proven ability to align design work with business goals and metrics.A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and SketchStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Detail-oriented with a solid grasp of information architecture and interaction design principles.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
