Account Manager/Client Partner – BostonTechYard USATechYard USA is growing, and we're looking for an Account Manager to help strengthen and expand our client relationships from our Boston office.This role sits at the center of delivery and commercial activity — working closely with leadership, clients, and recruiters to ensure hiring processes move well, relationships stay strong, and opportunities are maximized.We're looking for someone who is organized, sharp with people, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly.What you'll doAct as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted day-to-day relationshipsUnderstand client hiring needs, team dynamics, and business prioritiesWork closely with recruiters to drive live processes and improve delivery speedHelp identify new opportunities within existing accountsCoordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and process flow across active searchesSupport commercial conversations including rates, extensions, and renewalsKeep CRM activity accurate and up to dateWhat we're looking for2+ years experience in account management, sales, recruitment, or client-facing deliveryStrong communication skills and confidence with clientsHighly organized with strong attention to detailCommercial instinct and problem-solving mindsetComfortable managing multiple moving parts at onceExperience in staffing, recruitment, or professional services is highly valuedWhy TechYardThis is an opportunity to join a growing US business early, work closely with leadership, and have genuine influence as the office continues to scale.Boston based | Hybrid
