The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, address concerns, fulfill purchase orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities may include analyzing customer feedback and coordinating with internal teams to improve the customer experience.Compensation$25.00 per hour.Hours20 hours per week.Monday-Friday Flexible hours 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Central preferred.Benefits7 paid HolidaysPTO is available after an introductory period.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive client relationshipsAbility to deliver effective order support and resolve customer issues promptlyEffective communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in using Microsoft 365 Full Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, etc.), QuickBooksPrevious experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the food industryHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications related to customer service are an advantage
