Commitment to fostering an inclusive culture of belonging and empowerment through our core values - collaboration, courage, agility, and respect.ResponsibilitiesTo successfully execute this high-level strategic and operational mandate, focus on these four pillars: Strategic Integration & OversightAct as the primary liaison for banking partners to optimize lockbox services, reduce merchant processing fees, and ensure straight-through processing (STP) rates are high.Lead the integration of ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, or Workday) with banking APIs to automate the flow of ERA/EFT data, reducing manual intervention. Operational Excellence Standardize the enrollment process for ERA/EFT to move away from paper checks. Implement automated workflows for unapplied cash to ensure credits are cleared within a 24–48 hour window.Establish strict internal controls for refund processing to prevent leakage and fraud. Use a dedicated research team to tackle aged "mystery" payments that stall month-end closing. Global Workforce ManagementBalance your onshore team’s focus on high-complexity research and stakeholder relations with your offshore partner’s focus on high-volume, repetitive posting and data entry.Implement a robust Quality Assurance framework. Perform weekly audits on offshore output to ensure compliance with SOC1/SOC2 standards and internal SLAs. Continuous ImprovementKPI Tracking: Monitor Day Sales Outstanding (DSO), turnaround time for unapplied cash, and auto-post percentages.Strategic Roadmap: Shift the department from a "processing center" to a "value-add center" by using cash data to provide real-time liquidity insights to the Senior LeadersLeadership, Strategic Direction, and Business ImpactProvide leadership and strategic direction on all Cash Application and Management activities, including oversight of day-to-day operations, banking oversight, integration management, and strategic direction.Direct operations and activities within Cash Applications and Management, including payment posting, web access, ERA/EFT enrollments, payments research, quality assurance/auditing, unapplied cash, refund processing. Provide leadership and oversight to both onshore and offshore staff. Impact to company performance and external clients for, revenue accruals compliance and successStrategy ImplementationAbility to leverage people, processes and technology to drive efficient workflow processesProduction/inventory of all service lines and workflow processesAccuracy/Compliance - Edit/Audit management for all service lines and workflow processesMaintain relationships with third-party vendors including offshore global partners, and multiple banking institutions.Global vendor management oversightKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong analytical, critical, thinking and problem-solving skills.
