Job Title: Paraprofessional Location: New York (Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island) Pay Rate: $19/hour based on experience Overview: RCM Healthcare is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to support students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in New York. Responsibilities: Implement students' IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the guidance of a BCBA. Collaborate with teachers and educational/behavioral teams to implement classroom/school routines effectively. Accurately collect and report data on student progress and behavior. Utilize CPI de-escalation strategies and physical management techniques when necessary for safety. Qualifications: High School Diploma Willing to do training and pass the Paraprofessional assessment Ready to complete the onboarding documents and requirements of NY Department of Education Physical Requirements: This role involves active engagement with students in various settings. It may require physical intervention in situations where students test physical boundaries.
