We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.QualificationsMinimum (Required):YearsSkills/Experience8Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation8Experience in implementing SACWIS/CCWIS systems8Awareness and knowledge of systems and solutions that that promote efficiency, effectiveness, and enables direct delivery of services to clients.8Experience in Business Process Redesign.8Working knowledge of project documentation including project plans, work breakdown structures, issues logs, action logs, and decision tracking documents.8Facilitating meetings, work sessions, requirements gathering sessions and conducting presentations with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery, senior, and executive leadership.8Providing recommendations to key agency leadership8Working knowledge in guiding various project teams; and subsets of teams within large enterprise projects.8Experience managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions.8Strong communication - verbal and written - skills with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery staff up to executive level leadership.8Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading work sessions and project team meetings.8Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint)Preferred (Optional):YearsSkills/Experience5Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification1
