The Controller plays a key role in shaping the company’s financial health. This leader ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient accounting operations while empowering the accounting team and partnering closely with executive leadership to support smart, strategic growth.What You’ll Do:Lead daily accounting operations and closing cycles.Deliver clear, accurate financial statements and insights.Strengthen policies, controls, and compliance practices.Support audits, tax work, and financial reviews.Manage cash flow and banking relationships.Coach and develop a high‑performing accounting team.Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and guide financial decisions.What You Bring: A bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA preferred), 7+ years of experience, deep GAAP knowledge, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information with clarity and confidence.
