Hiring Coordinator The FMS Hiring Coordinator is part of the FMS Story. You enjoy working with a high performing team that also has fun. You are goal oriented and work well with deadlines. This position is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday-Friday 9a-5:30p; Tue 11:30a - 8p. Minimal weekends may be required. Travel and support to other FMS branches is required and includes use of a company vehicle. The Hiring Coordinator reports to the Hiring and Recruiting Manager. Job Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Execution Execute interviewing, job matching and FMS orientation core processes Complete all new hire and orientation documentation accurately and timely Track applicant and job matching activity daily following FMS core processes Process hiring reports as directed by supervisor Complete assigned tasks accurately and timely and to a high standard Teamwork Help others complete tasks both within HR and across the organization as required Communication Communicate hiring compliance or process issues to supervisor promptly Communicate department and employee needs to supervisor Celebrate successes with HR Team Compliance/Accountability Verify execution of hiring functions and responsibilities Identify improvement needs and execute with supervisor support to improve Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information per FMS guidelines Representation Demonstrate FMS core values, professionalism, and positivity Follow FMS uniform and dress guidelines Requirements This job is mostly sedentary and requires a lot of time on the phone Speaking in front of small groups of people Proficient use of Microsoft office tools GED or High School Diploma Facilities Management Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation: 42K-44K per year depending on experience.
