Software Validation Engineer

Now Hiring: Software Validation Engineer Location: Valencia, CA Pay Rate: $74.02/hour We are seeking an experienced Software Validation Engineer to support software development, system verification, and test infrastructure activities in a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in software validation, Python development, systems engineering, verification testing, and quality-focused product development. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to design, test, validate, and improve software systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and debug software applications and validation tools Support system architecture, software verification, and validation activities Develop and execute test plans, protocols, and validation documentation Analyze system requirements and ensure software meets functional and performance expectations Perform statistical analysis, risk assessments, and data-driven evaluations Investigate technical issues and support root cause analysis efforts Maintain accurate development, testing, and change control documentation Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to improve processes and product performance Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulated industry requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline 5+ years of software engineering, software validation, or systems verification experience Strong Python programming experience Experience with test infrastructure verification and validation Knowledge of system architecture and system verification methodologies Strong statistical analysis and risk assessment skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience working in a regulated environment required Medical device industry experience highly preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts AD&D Insurance People Perks Program Click "Apply Now" to get started.
