Position Summary: The Baroco Corporation is seeking acompassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a HealthCare Supervisor within our Day Habilitation (DH) programs. In this role,you will oversee and coordinate nursing care for individuals we support,ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulations (244 CMR 4.00), andcollaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote health,safety, and quality of life. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoysleadership, advocacy, and working with individuals with complex medicaland developmental needs. Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee and providedirect and indirect nursing care for program participants ? Coordinatemedical services with Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and clinics ?Complete nursing assessments and maintain accurate, up-to-date medicaldocumentation ? Supervise nursing staff and complete LPN delegations perMA regulations ? Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings andcommunicate health needs to staff, families, and service coordinators ?Administer medications and perform skilled nursing treatments (e.g.,G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care) ? Develop and monitor individualizedhealth protocols, including seizure and restorative therapy plans ?Train staff on approved medical interventions and delegable nursingtasks ? Respond to medical emergencies, critical incidents, andrestraints as needed, completing required documentation ? Ensurecompliance with Baroco policies, OSHA standards, and fire/safetyregulations ? Advocate for appropriate programming, human rights, andquality care ? Occasionally provide nursing coverage at other Barocosites Qualifications: ? Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in thestate of Massachusetts (required) ? Minimum 1 year of relevant nursingexperience, preferably with similar patient population ? Valid driver?slicense with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report ? Strong written andverbal communication skills in English (bilingual skills preferred) ?Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and individuals ?Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and ethical practice ?Experience With Individuals With Developmental Disabilities PreferredPhysical & Work Requirements: ? Medium physical demand (up to 40 lbs.);may assist with lifts and transfers ? Indoor work environment withtypical program-related noise ? Ability to organize, plan, and completetasks independently ?
