Why Join Us?* Impact & Growth: Interface with clients to close high ticket contracts for semi-custom and custom builds. * Autonomy & Ownership: You will represent PR Builders by interacting with pre-qualified prospective clients to bring them to contract and guide them through the pre-contract process. * Competitive Rewards: Commission percentage based on performanceKey Responsibilities* Contact Pre-Qualified Leads: Oversee all phases from initial client contact, site visits, and contract closure. * Team Management: Coordinate with owner, sales staff, pre-contract manager, permit technician, engineers and architects to bring the client's vision of their new home to contract. * Client Experience: Serve as the single point of contact—build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a seamless, white-glove experience through the pre-contract phase.What We're Looking For* 5+ years of identifiable high-dollar sales. * A proven record of bringing deals to closure. * Exceptional financial and negotiation acumen. * Strong leadership and communication skills; decisive problem-solver who thrives under pressure. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across job sites.Core Traits* Decisive & Accountable: You own outcomes and can anticipate and initiate the next steps to move the process forward. * Client-Obsessed: You anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and deliver an exceptional experience with the ability to move clients through the pre-construction and design process quickly and effectively. xhqgsiq * Culture-Builder: You drive our high-performance ethos, mentoring others and upholding our values.Company Description PR Builders is a residential general contractor based in Loveland, CO.
