Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Account Manager based in Houston, TX. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include account management, customer service, lead generation, maintaining regular communication with clients, and developing tailored lighting solutions to meet their business needs. The role requires the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships while achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain and enhance client relationshipsExperience in Account Management and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities and drive client engagementExcellent Communication skills for clear and effective coordination with clients and internal teamsProven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team-oriented environmentProficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of sales and account management processesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in lighting or related industries is an advantage, though not required
