Portfolio Manager (CPIC)Reston, VAPay From: $150,000 per yearMUST:Active TS/SCI clearance requiredExperienced Expert Portfolio Manager (CPIC)13+ years of experience assisting the government in Acquisition functional portfolio, investment management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process, and strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders5+ years of experience supporting change management, strategic communications, business process reengineering, or financial management systems implementation initiativesExperience within the DoDMust have acquisition experienceExperience establishing portfolio capabilities that will include the data requirements, process and roles, systems and governance, to drive the adoption and uptake across the organizationBachelors degree in a related field requiredDUTIES:Provide advice and support to the senior staff, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), DIEM management, and stakeholders across the DIE for approaches to identify, gain insight into DIEM investments, and gain oversight through programmatic realignments and other strategiesAssist the government in establishing goals and targets, monitoring performance, and reporting against acquisition plan and program management performance criteriaSupport on-site quality control, review and approval of working papers and findings and adherence to applicable standards, laws, policy, and regulationsParticipate in teams for complex work streams with regular interaction with Financial Management & Comptroller and Government clientsApply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutionsQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
