Leaf Blocker, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with potential clients. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds! **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct in-home consultations, including product demonstrations and personalized quote discussions. - Engage in a value-driven sales process with a focus on honesty and integrity. - Participate in training sessions and regular sales meetings. - Perform additional tasks as needed. **Requirements:** - Must possess a valid driver’s license. - Comfortable with daily travel up to 2 hours for appointments. - Ability to lift and carry sample materials weighing between 20-60 lbs. - Proficient in using various iPad applications. - Prior experience in outside sales is not necessary, but strongly preferred. - Eagerness to learn a structured, proven sales process. - Strong motivation and capability to close sales. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $65,270.00 - $75,808.00 per year Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week Schedule: Day shift Evenings as needed No nights Weekends as needed Experience: Outside sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Memphis, TN (Required) Work Location: In person
