AI Implementation Specialist (Glendale)
BluIP is looking for an AI Implementation Specialist to help us build the future of AI-powered business operations.This is not a traditional IT role. We're looking for someone who understands how to turn ideas into intelligent workflows using AI tools, automation systems, integrations, and operational strategy.You'll work directly with leadership to identify inefficiencies, implement AI-driven solutions, deploy automation systems, and help shape how AI becomes embedded into the core of our company operations.If you're excited about AI agents, automation, operational systems, ChatGPT, APIs, and building scalable workflows that actually make businesses smarter - we want to talk to you.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Systems DeploymentLead the implementation of AI-powered tools, workflows, and automation systems across company operations, including AI agents, chatbots, workflow automations, and internal support systems.CRM & Platform IntegrationCustomize and maintain CRMs and operational platforms to optimize workflows, reporting, communication, task management, and internal processes.Workflow AutomationIdentify repetitive operational tasks and implement automations using AI and integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, APIs, ChatGPT, and related technologies.Training & AI AdoptionTrain internal teams on AI tools, workflow systems, and automation best practices while supporting company-wide AI adoption initiatives.Performance MonitoringTrack workflow performance, automation effectiveness, operational KPIs, and AI efficiency metrics while recommending ongoing improvements.Security & Operational ComplianceEnsure AI systems and operational processes follow company security standards, data privacy practices, and internal operational protocols.Voice & AI Communication ToolsResearch, test, and integrate AI voice, transcription, and communication tools to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and internal collaboration.Vendor & Technology ManagementEvaluate, onboard, and manage relationships with AI vendors, software providers, and implementation partners.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered2–5 years of experience in AI implementation, workflow automation, systems integration, or operational technologyExperience with CRMs, operational systems, or workflow management platformsFamiliarity with AI/LLM tools including ChatGPT, AI agents, automation APIs, chatbots, and workflow automation platformsStrong understanding of operational systems, automation strategy, and process optimizationExcellent communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical usersStrong project management and organizational abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platformsBackground in startup operations, consulting, implementation, or systems optimizationExperience deploying AI workflows or automation systems at scaleStrong understanding of AI productivity tools and operational automation strategiesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth benefits, PTO, and growth opportunitiesOpportunity to work directly on cutting-edge AI implementation initiativesCollaborative and innovation-focused company cultureChance to help shape the future of AI-powered operations at BluIP
