React Engineer

This organisation is focused on innovation, customer satisfaction, and leveraging technology to deliver cutting-edge solutions in the banking sector.The Role Join a pod of developers and automation engineers, collaborating with product managers, scrum masters, and other Online Banking pods. Collaborate with Product and business owners to understand business domains and products, suggesting optimal design/implementation for user needs in terms of functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability. Design systems while maintaining a substantial percentage of hands-on implementation activities. Gain solid hands-on knowledge of client-facing web applications, microservices, data architecture, databases, and internal supporting systems. Become a subject matter expert in technical environments, delivering frameworks or standards for best practices and mentoring junior engineers. Drive technical designs to consensus and approval by the Architecture Review Team, developing enterprise solutions that provide reusable frameworks and services.What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years in Software Application Development and Maintenance. 8+ years of Front End/UI focused Software Engineer experience. Solid experience with React 16+, Redux, Mobx, Node.js, Typescript, ES6, CSS3, CSS Preprocessors, Grid Layout, and Jest Test. Strong practical experience with Agile/Iterative delivery methodologies. Ability to influence architecture and design, analyze/troubleshoot production issues, and experience with TDD and CICD.
