The Maintenance Tech II position plays a critical role in ensuring the overall functionality, safety, and appearance of our property. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repairs, responding to service requests, and contributing to the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.Responsibilities:* Complete work orders promptly and efficiently including maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service requests* Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment including but not limited to HVAC, appliances, etc. are in good working order.* Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and apartment units, identifying and addressing maintenance concerns and safety hazards.* Complete/assist unit turns and inspections* Maintain the curb appeal of the property by performing landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal duties when needed.* Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment* Performs additional duties as needed to support business operationsQualifications:* 1-2 years of property maintenance or related experience* Working knowledge of maintenance tools, safety procedures and general repair practices* Willingness to obtain certifications in HVAC and CPO or other relevant certifications if needed* Strong resident relation skills* Ability to lift 50 pounds* Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the day
