Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited educational program. Active New Jersey PTA license required prior to the start of the assignment. Current CPR/BLS certification required. (AHA or ARC accepted.) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for patient visits. Home health experience preferred. Candidates with prior community or home care caseload experience will be prioritized. Ability to follow the plan of care and provide evidence-based treatment within the PTA scope of practice. Willingness to document visits electronically and manage travel between patient homes. Mileage reimbursement provided between visits as specified by the client. Minimum education requirement: Associate degree. Additional certifications or training preferred but not required. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift: Evenings. Shift hours: 2000-0400. Days: Evenings schedule as provided by client. Weekly hours: 40 hour guarantee as specified by client. Coverage area: Atlantic County, NJ. On call/weekend requirement: no. Floating requirement: Candidate may be required to travel within the client’s coverage area for patient visits.
