You’ll work directly on implementing AI solutions while helping shape how AI fits into our products and workflows. Not entry-level, but also not purely strategic. We need someone who can execute and grow with us.What You’ll DoBuild and ship AI features inside our dental practice softwareWork on LLM-powered workflows (documentation, automation, insights)Design and implement APIs and services for AI capabilitiesCollaborate with product, engineering, and QA teamsIdentify opportunities to improve internal processes using AIPrototype quickly and iterate based on real user needsTech Stack / RequirementsLanguages: Python (required), familiarity with JavaScript or backend frameworksAI/ML:Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAGFamiliarity with NLP and basic ML conceptsFrameworks & Tools:PyTorch or TensorFlow (basic proficiency is fine)LangChain or similar orchestration toolsBackend & Infra:REST APIs and microservicesCloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)Data:SQL and working with structured/unstructured dataExposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)Nice to HaveExperience in healthcare or dental softwareFamiliarity with HIPAA or sensitive data handlingExperience building user-facing AI featuresExposure to analytics or reporting systemsWhat We’re Looking ForCurious and proactive mindsetComfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environmentStrong problem-solving and execution skillsInterest in building real-world AI applications, not just experimentsWhy This RoleYou’ll have direct impact on product directionOpportunity to shape AI at a growing companyWork on practical AI problems with real usersJoin UsWe are an energetic, highly collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality products and services.
