JOB DESCRIPTION The Warehouse Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations at our local market warehouse. You will be the owner of the space, receiving inbound products and equipment, organizing inventory, staging orders for the drivers, and keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and audit-ready. This role is ideal for someone who likes structure, takes pride in their work, and wants a flexible part-time position (approximately 20-25 hours/week).RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments of Java House products and water equipmentMaintain accurate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies; merchandising, flagging low inventory or aging productsPlace sales orders for product, and equipment according to inventory demandsPick, pack, and stage daily orders for the Route Sales DriverMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentCoordinate with the Area Sales Manager and Route Sale Driver on delivery schedules and inventory needsManage equipment storage, basic asset tracking, and returns/RMA handlingProvide reporting updates to Area Sales Manager and upper-managementProvide backup delivery service to the dedicated route in the event the daily delivery driver is unavailableOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED equivalent required1+ years of warehouse, distribution, and/or inventory experienceExperience using inventory software, Excel, Word, and OutlookProficient with powered and nonpowered industrial lifts. Company certification providedAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of timeReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionAvailability to work approximately 20-25 hours a week with some flexibility in scheduleMust be able to travel locally as needed to pick up suppliesValid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle reportAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate1-2+ years of previous commercial driving experience (DOT regulated not required)Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required
