*Job Title: Forklift Operator (Sitdown Forklift and Reach Truck)* *Location: Eagan, MN* *Temp to Hire* *Shifts:* * *1st Shift:* 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday) * *2nd Shift:* 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday to Friday) * *Sunday to Thursday* - Sunday - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Thursday - 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM *Job Description:* * The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely locating, moving, stacking, and tracking products within a warehouse environment. * This role supports inbound and outbound operations, ensures production schedules are met, and maintains compliance with company safety and quality standards. *Responsibilities:* * Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials throughout the facility * Load and unload materials from trailers as part of a team * Accurately pick, pack, check, and load products from designated storage areas * Stack loads in correct storage bays following inventory control procedures * Complete required forms and handle shipping/receiving documentation * Inspect machinery and perform routine safety checks and maintenance * Maintain accurate production records and report safety or quality concerns immediately * Follow all company policies and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and orderly work environment * Assist with process improvement and support additional warehouse duties as assigned *Qualifications and Requirements:* * High school diploma or GED required * Minimum 2 years of related forklift experience * OSHA forklift certification or operating experience preferred * RF scanner experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills * Ability to perform basic math calculations * Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills * Ability to take direction from multiple supervisors and work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently; Spanish preferred *Physical Requirements:* * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable assistance * Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching * Must meet vision requirements including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception *(Forklift, Forklift Operator, Sitdown Forklift, Sitdown, Reach Truck, Warehouse, Equipment,PIT, Powered Industrial Truck, Forktruck)* *#REQNon-IT* Pay: $21.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
