What you’ll be doing…
Lead daily operations with a strong focus on food and beverage and events
Set the tone for service standards, urgency, and hospitality across the property
Be highly visible on the floor, leading during service, functions, and peak periods
Coach and develop department leaders to elevate overall team performance
Build accountability and a culture of ownership across departments
Make decisions confidently and step in when leadership is needed
Drive execution in staffing, training, scheduling, and performance
Take ownership of guest recovery and ensure exceptional service experiences

Success factors…
Experience & Education:
5+ years of hotel management experience, preferably with the same brand
Experience or involvement with sales and revenue management preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required
Valid driver’s license
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong diplomacy skills with focus on problem solving
Strong administrative skills with intermediate experience with Microsoft Office systems
Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace
Physical:
8+ hours per day; stand, sit, and walk frequently throughout the workday
Lift, lower, push, pull, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
