From finalizing product assembly to shipping logistics and customer support, your role will directly contribute to the success of our day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:Inspect and prepare finished goods for shipping, including belt sizing, merchandise assembly, and quality checks.Oversee the shipping process, including picking and packing orders, and coordinating shipments with domestic and international carriers.Learn to operate specialized equipment (training provided) for sewing, cutting, and shipping.Manage invoicing for shipped orders and assist with customer inquiries related to order status or product details.Collaborate with our design team on creative projects, assist with errands, and work directly with clients to ensure their needs are met.What We're Looking For:A positive, eager-to-learn attitude in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.Interest in working with materials like leather and assembling final products.Adherence to our Zero Tolerance Drug Policy - applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test and maintain compliance with our strict drug-free workplace standards.Employees must maintain a professional appearance.
