We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed, and beverage enhancers.We are seeking a Filler Operator who will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of filler machinery while maintaining product quality standards at Sunny Sky Products. The Filler operator will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of production, including sterilization procedures, equipment cleanliness, monitoring filling processes, and maintaining documentation. This individual must possess a thorough understanding of filler operations, adhere to strict sterilization protocols, and promptly address any issues that may arise during production. Additionally, the operator is tasked with conducting routine maintenance tasks, communicating effectively with management and maintenance teams, and promoting a clean and safe working environment.Responsibilities:Monitor filling processes and filling machine of bags.Handling of Hydrogen Peroxide (changing drums when empty)Check daily production schedule to review days' production.Verify cleanliness of all production equipment before production start-upMonitor and record product weight and coding throughout the production shiftRecording Lot Numbers on Scholle Bags used in production.Recording of documentation as necessary (different required forms, etc.)Clearing basic machine faultsCIP Operations of the fillerNotify Management of any abnormalitiesNotify Maintenance of any mechanical issuesMaintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the production shiftResponsible for the quality and safety of products produced by Sunny Sky ProductsResponsible for communicating with the next shift operator.Requirements:Two or more years of experience in manufacturing machinery operationsMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Knowledgeable in mathematicsExcellent problem-solving skillsMust be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organizationHours:Our production team runs on 12-hour shifts, 3 days one week, and 4 days the following week.Full time jobCrew C - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Saturday- 3 PM-3:30 AMSalary:$21.50 /hr.Sign up Bonus up to $500.00Benefits:Medical, Dental & Vision CoverageLife Insurance10 Paid HolidaysPTO - Vacation Time or sick time401K Program and Company Match up to 3.5%Company STD & LTD (Short term & Long-term disability)Perfect Attendance Monthly Bonus Program up to $100.00Employee Referral Bonus Program up to $500.00Sunny Sky Products is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
