The ideal candidate should bring a solid background in Agile methodologies, cross-functional team leadership, and stakeholder communication.This role demands hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects with a strong understanding of the customer journey in the hospitality/cruise sector. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within scope while aligning with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning, execution, and delivery using Scrum/Agile methodologiesCollaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teamsFacilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesIdentify risks and proactively develop mitigation plansTrack and report project performance, ensuring transparency at all levelsEnsure alignment with hospitality/cruise business objectives and timelinesManage multiple projects in parallel and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processesRequired Skills:Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in a Project Manager roleCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certificationProven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)Experience working in global teams and managing offshore/onshore coordinationStaffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
