Key Responsibilities Draft legal documents for negotiations and proceedings Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial Conduct legal research and provide legal counsel to clients Required Qualifications Florida Bar Admission 5+ years of experience Experience with legal research and complex legal analysis Strongly prefer coverage experience and/or judicial clerkship Must meet billing goal expectations
