The Operations Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting financial targets, and maintaining high food safety and quality standards. The role involves setting team goals, handling scheduling, conducting performance evaluations, and motivating a diverse team. The Operations Manager will also ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards while fostering a positive workplace environment that aligns with Waffle House’s values. Qualifications Proficiency in leadership, team management, and staff developmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience with scheduling, budgeting, and financial managementKnowledge of food safety regulations, customer service standards, and operational complianceAbility to maintain a positive and inclusive work environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is preferredPrevious experience in restaurant or retail management is highly desirable
