Title: Agile CoachType: FulltimeSalary: $150,000-160,000 a year + benefitsLocation: Irvine, CA ( Onsite )Role SummaryThe Agile Coach will guide and enable Agile delivery practices for a Workday AMS program. This role partners with AMS teams, Workday functional leads, and business stakeholders to improve service delivery, flow, predictability, and continuous improvement, while supporting ongoing Workday support, enhancements, and regulatory updates.Key ResponsibilitiesEnable Agile/SAFe delivery practices for Workday AMS teamsCoach AMS and Workday support teams on Agile principles, rituals, and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)Embed Agile ways of working into AMS operations, including incident management, enhancements, and minor projectsFacilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesPartner with Workday Product Owners and Functional Leads to improve backlog prioritization and refinementDrive metrics and transparency using Agile KPIs (cycle time, throughput, predictability, defect trends)Identify process bottlenecks and coach teams on continuous improvement techniques (Kaizen, Lean practices)Support change management and adoption of Agile practices across Workday HCM, Financials, or other modulesCoach leaders and stakeholders on Agile mindset, roles, and expectations within an AMS modelPromote collaboration across onshore/offshore AMS teams and vendorsEnsure Agile practices align with governance, compliance, and service-level expectations
