This role involves responding to content and user access support requests, providing technical and training support to users, and working with department administrators to support content for various pages. Additionally, the administrator will create monthly performance reports and will collaborate cross-functionally with Bank intranet administrators on site improvements. This role has accountability to Marketing Communications & Strategy for First PREMIER Bank.Job Duties And Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
