Account Manager
What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire an Account Managerwithin our Lodging division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-value, multi-regional client relationships within the hospitality industry, with a focus on contract execution, operational alignment, and cost savings delivery. You will report directly to the Vice President Operationsand regularly collaborate with Operations, Finance, and hotel partners.How We WorkAs an Account Manager, you will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment with up to 25% travel as business needs require. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace is our Miami, FLCompany-issued equipmentAccess to internal systems, tools, and reporting platformsOngoing training and cross-functional supportRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Developing, managing, executing, and renewing hotel contracts on behalf of assigned clientsManaging high-value client accounts with multi-regional footprintsTracking and identifying savings and revenue opportunities by analyzing account performance and market trendsDeveloping account loyalty through presentations, product education, and service enhancement discussionsContributing to account management strategies by evaluating product results, identifying unmet customer needs, and monitoring competitive offeringsAnalyzing customer feedback and sharing insights with Account Management leadershipCoordinating with Operations and Support teams to ensure SLAs are being metLeveraging hotel relationships to support Finance with reconciliation and collection efforts when neededConducting training sessions with hotel partners on proprietary systems and proceduresSupervising and supporting Account Coordinators assigned to accounts, when applicableEnsuring hotel contractual data is accurate and maintained across all required systemsGathering data and preparing internal and client-facing deliverables and reportsConducting site visits as required to support client and hotel relationshipsDelivering measurable cost savings and value for clientsSupporting special projects and additional duties as assignedQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred3-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support3-5 years travel industry experience; international experience a plusStrong relationship management, negotiation, and contract management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong financial acumen with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teamsStrong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skillsBilingual or multilingual skills preferred (Spanish, French, Chinese, or Japanese)Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401(k) plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, and volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (wireless, gym, car rental, and more)Philanthropic support with local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesEqual Opportunity / Affirmative Action EmployerCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
