Program Manager
Bilingual English and Spanish Program Manager – Operations
*MOCA Logistics* is looking for an experienced *Program Manager* to oversee multiple projects and lead Project Managers and field teams across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
* Lead Project Managers and field leadership teams.
* Manage resources, schedules, budgets, logistics, and project risks.
* Ensure safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
* Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in *Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field*.
* *3+ years of Project Management experience.*
* Strong leadership, budgeting, resource planning, and problem-solving skills.
* *PMP preferred.*
* *OSHA-30 and PIT-MEWP certification.*
* Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
* *Availability to travel approximately 60%.*
* Bilingual English and Spanish *required.*

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
