In this role, you'll be the critical link between technology, investigation, and response, protecting people, property, and operations through real-time monitoring, incident management, and loss prevention investigations.If you have a keen eye for detail and a background in Loss Prevention or investigative work, we want to hear from you. Tell us how you turn data into insight and incidents into action.Qualifications of a GSOC Dispatcher:REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year of experience in a SOC/GSOC, dispatch, command center, or central station monitoring environmentPrior loss prevention or investigative experience strongly preferredBachelor's or associate degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptedBackground in security, law enforcement, or military a plusExperience working in 24/7 operations or shift-based environmentsWhat's in it for youPay Rate: $23.00 / hourLocation: King of Prussia, PASchedule Available: Overnights, Monday-Thursday 10:00PM-6:00AM (32 Hours Per Week)Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; paid time off and paid holidays; disability and life insurance optionsCareer Growth: 26% of our corporate employees started as frontline workers - your path is what you make it!Uniforms provided at no costResponsibilities of an GSOC DispatcherMonitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity or security threatsInvestigate and document loss prevention incidents, asset discrepancies, and unusual trendsConduct threat analysis and escalate incidents according to established proceduresOperate, explain, and troubleshoot dispatch and monitoring software platforms (candidates must clearly describe system workflows and dispatch processes)Dispatch and coordinate security officers and field personnel via radio, phone, and digital communication channelsMaintain detailed incident logs and prepare comprehensive investigative reports for managementCollaborate with internal stakeholders, emergency responders, and law enforcement as neededSupport on-site security teams and ensure compliance with company safety protocolsManage confidential information and sensitive data with discretion and professionalismSkills of a GSOC DispatcherStrong investigative mindset with experience in loss prevention or incident analysisDemonstrated ability to operate and articulate the functions of dispatch, monitoring, and security software systems (e.g., Genetec, Oncloud, Motorola Wave, Ontic)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear and concise report writingCustomer service-oriented with the ability to remain calm under pressureProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslySelf-starter capable of working independently and collaborativelyComfortable interpreting data, assessing risk, and making quick, informed decisionsPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, and monitor multiple systems for extended periodsOccasional lifting/carrying of up to 25 lbsAbility to respond quickly to auditory and visual alertsProficient reading, writing, and comprehension skills for instructions and reportsWhy GardaWorldGardaWorld Security is the only guarding company in the U.S. Certified by Great Place to Work.We're global, growing, and proud to promote from within.
