Licensed Telesales Supervisor

A company is looking for a Telesales Supervisor to lead and develop a team of licensed telesales agents selling Medicare Advantage policies. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of 15+ licensed agents, promoting high performance and accountability Deliver real-time training to achieve sales results while ensuring compliance Utilize data-driven insights to enhance team performance and handle customer escalationsRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a high-volume environment At least 4 years of experience in a call center, telesales, or sales environment Valid/current state health insurance license or ability to acquire one prior to start Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and KPI dashboards Experience managing transitions during high-pressure enrollment cycles
