E-Commerce Returns Processing Associate Company: Reverse Solutions, LLC Location: Southington, CT Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay: Hourly (Based on Experience) About Reverse Solutions Headquartered in Southington, Connecticut, Reverse Solutions is a leading reverse logistics provider specializing in e-commerce returns management, product recovery, asset disposition, and resale solutions. We partner with major retailers, manufacturers, and distributors to maximize the value of returned merchandise while reducing waste through innovative processing and remarketing programs. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented E-Commerce Returns Processing Associate to join our growing operations team. This position plays a critical role in evaluating, processing, and preparing returned merchandise for resale, recycling, refurbishment, or disposal. Position Summary As an E-Commerce Returns Processing Associate, you will inspect returned merchandise, determine the appropriate disposition for each item, accurately document product condition, and prepare inventory for resale through various online marketplaces. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Receive and process returned merchandise from retail and e-commerce customers. Inspect products for condition, completeness, and functionality. Accurately grade merchandise according to company quality standards. Determine the proper disposition of products, including resale, refurbishment, recycling, liquidation, or disposal. Enter product information into inventory management systems. Photograph merchandise for online listings when required. Prepare, package, and label products for shipment or resale. Assist with order fulfillment for online sales platforms, including eBay and other marketplaces. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Assist with additional warehouse projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous warehouse, inventory, retail, or e-commerce experience preferred. Experience processing online orders or returns is a plus. Basic computer skills, including data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and dependable work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Experience with eBay, Amazon, Shopify, or other online marketplaces. Knowledge of inventory management systems. Forklift certification is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to: Lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and reach throughout the workday. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail. What We Offer Monday through Friday schedule.
