RoleAs a Facilities Manager (also known as Building Manager, Facilities Supervisor), you'll oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a 600,000 square feet facility. Your responsibilities will include managing janitorial tasks, fire systems, HVAC chillers, landscaping, and forklifts. You'll need to be a problem solver, capable of troubleshooting and thinking outside the box.BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate of $36.00.Long-term contract until 3/30/2025.Day shift, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3pm.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of facilities management experience with a technical background.Experience with fire systems, chillers, and air compressors.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and a clear understanding of the budgeting process.
