Job Overview:We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. A strong knowledge of local San Antonio/Austin restaurants & bars, locally based packaged food brands, or other food & bev related businesses is preferred. Role and Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and present tailored digital marketing solutions.Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and contracts, ensuring all client requirements are met and expectations are clearly defined.Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or a related field; however, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with the San Antonio/Austin area food and beverage industry is also preferred.
