The Therapist will be responsible for delivering compassionate and professional mental health services to clients. Key responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, creating comprehensive treatment plans, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care. The Therapist will provide support to individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns and work towards improving their psychological well-being and personal development. Qualifications Proficiency in Counseling and Therapy techniques, including individual and group sessionsStrong skills in Communication, Active Listening, and EmpathyExperience in creating Treatment Planning and Case ManagementKnowledge of Mental Health Conditions, Psychological Assessment, and Evidence-Based PracticesAbility to maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentationMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldLicensure as a Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of MarylandCommitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standardsPrior experience in community mental health or clinical practice is a plus
