Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Machine OperatorIntex is seeking a reliable Machine Operator.Hours for 2nd shift are 4 pm to 2 am, Monday through Thursday.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Run rotary machine to quality and performance standards, while following Standards of Work in which they are trained in.Understand quality standards to audit for quality defects in partsPerform tool cleaning using multiple interments, such as a wooden poker and plastic scrapper. This includes cleaning vents.Inserting of plastic inserts into moldsDemolding parts from rotary tableUse a vacuum to clean all particles from moldsInspect parts according to quality standardsNotify maintenance of issuesComply with all federal and state safety standardsComply with all housekeeping standards.Must have and maintain a high sense of urgency to meet and exceed all production goals.SUPERVISORY ROLEThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.RequirementsAttention to detail is of utmost importanceAbility to read, analyze, and interpret policies, and procedures.Ability to respond effectively to inquiries.Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with customers and coworkers verbally.Ability to work within a team environment and take direction from a supervisor or manager.Excellent attendance history required.PREFERRED SKILLSCandidates should possess a high level of professionalism, a bright attitude, and a clear ability to effectively communicate between all levels of an organization.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
