Overview In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent robotic automation software for manufacturing. You will work closely with hardware, electrical, and mechanical teams to tightly integrate software with physical systems. You’ll develop algorithms for calibration, path planning, object detection, and collision avoidance, and validate deployments in real factories. This position supports Hadrian’s mission to scale its machining capability across U.S. factories, delivering faster, more cost-effective production. You will join a fast-growing team focused on turning factory needs into production-ready robotic solutions.
