Senior Construction Project Manager

Toneman Development Corporation is a commercial / industrial general contractor company base in Lancaster, CA. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior project manager to oversee and direct all phases of a construction project. Designs and implements project plans. Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications. Essential Functions Coordinate with estimator and participate in bid review and bid closing to ensure accuracy of bid and evaluate project feasibility. Work with Estimating to develop bid schedule of value. Work with Field Superintendents & Estimating to develop comprehensive plan to project startup and successful start. Communication with field to ensure work is done in a efficient, profitable and safe manner. Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors and inspectors in providing customer service to develop long tern partnerships. Provide subcontractor information to Accounts Payable to process subcontract documents contracts, change orders, billing, etc. Work with Accounts Receivable in processing invoices to owners and/or banks. Direct & oversee project from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety regulations. Review projects daily to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within schedule of value budget. Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer's requirements. Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring to working with engineers, architects and vendors. Knowledge & Requirements Must have High School Diploma / GED Construction Management 10-15 years experience Blueprint reading, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Projects, Procore Have a valid California Driver License Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures Must be able to travel depending on project.
