In this role, you will perform manual and automated testing across web-based applications, partner closely with Agile team members, and help strengthen quality practices across sprint cycles and releases.You’ll be hands-on with test planning, execution, defect triage, and regression testing—while also contributing to building and expanding automated regression coverage. This is a great opportunity for a QA professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute manual and automated tests following established QA processes and standardsBuild strong functional knowledge of assigned applications/modules to test effectively and confidentlyCollaborate with Agile team members to create test plans, test cases, and test data for sprint workParticipate in sprint ceremonies and support the team in completing on-time releasesPerform regression testing and help develop/expand automated regression suites for web applicationsIdentify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and helpful technical contextPrioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environmentCommunicate test results, risks, and quality trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequired Qualifications4–5+ years of application testing experience using both manual and automated approachesExperience testing web-based applications using automated test tools (any modern framework/tools acceptable)Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working within sprint-based deliveryExtensive experience with T-SQL (writing, analyzing, and validating data through queries)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical problem-solving abilityAbility to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative teamPreferred QualificationsExperience in wealth management or broader financial services environmentsStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly languageExposure to building scalable automation strategies and maintaining reliable regression coverageEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Ready to apply?If you’re a hands-on QA Engineer who enjoys partnering with Agile teams, improving automation coverage, and delivering high-quality releases, we’d like to hear from you.Ready to make an impact?
