The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We specialize in pre-, post-, and non-operative care, sports performance testing and training, and injury mitigation and wellness.Key Responsibilities· Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.· Implement therapy programs to improve patient mobility and alleviate pain.· Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.· Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.Qualifications· Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.· Current Colorado state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.· Commitment to ongoing professional development.Compensation & BenefitsPart-time Salary: $38-$46 per hour· Part-time position with the following benefits:· Paid time off (PTO) and holidays· Continuing education stipend (annual amount and days provided)Full-time Salary: $79K-96K per year· Full-time position with comprehensive benefits, including:· Health, dental, vision, and life insurance· Paid time off (PTO) and holidays· Continuing education stipend (annual amount and days provided)· 401(k) retirement plan· Bonus eligibility based on defined structure and performance criteriaApplication ProcessInterested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and interest in the position.
