Entry-Level - Remote Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our branch by connecting with new prospects and building meaningful relationships within the community.In this role, you will use your sales skills and product knowledge to help individuals and families better understand the value of insurance while providing trusted guidance and long-term support.Responsibilities Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing clientsIdentify and qualify sales leads from multiple sourcesEducate clients on products and how they meet their protection needsHelp families prepare for life's unexpected events through proper coverageBuild lasting relationships by providing trusted advice and excellent customer serviceDeliver a positive and professional client experienceQualifications Strong interest in building a career in sales (sales experience preferred but not required)No prior insurance experience requiredWillingness to obtain a State Life & Health Insurance LicenseSelf-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational and follow-up skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCompensation & Benefits Commission-based (1099 position)Uncapped earning potentialWarm leads providedComprehensive training and ongoing supportBasic Requirements Must be 18 years or olderState background check requiredOpen to seniors and alumniService, retail, or sales experience preferred but not requiredState Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)Technology Requirements Working computerCell phoneReliable Wi-Fi connectionHiring Process All interviews are currently conducted through video conferencing .Powered by JazzHR
