Together, we'll fuel the expansion of our SaaS platform and develop cutting-edge applications that redefine the healthcare landscape.About the RoleThe Systems Technician provides first-line IT support services to internal customers in both the UK and US.You Will Be:Providing timely first-line desktop, mobile device, and application support for all internal clients to maximize user uptime and productivity.Managing support tickets via Call Tracker and following up on issues according to established procedures.Completing PC OS & application builds, ensuring equipment is ready for use within assigned timelines.Referring major hardware/software problems and defective products to vendors for service or replacement to maximize service availability.Collaborating with employees, users, and management to establish requirements for new or modified systems.Managing user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Admin Center, including provisioning, decommissioning, permission, and license management.Working within security controls to help protect sensitive customer and corporate data.You Will Bring:Associates Degree/HND in a related discipline or 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Logical and systematic problem-solving skills.Customer service skills.Experience in managing:Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.Microsoft 365 suite (both Admin and end-user).Basic notebook hardware support.Antivirus technology and procedures.Powershell scripting for automation and deployment.Additional DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Hospitals and HealthcareJ-18808-Ljbffr
