There are ample opportunities to grow professionally within the company and play a significant role in our success.Responsibilities:Accurately and efficiently prepare, dispense, and manage medication therapies for home infusion and specialty pharmacy patientsConduct thorough medication therapy management and clinical reviews for all patientsProvide drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providersCollaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of careMonitor and maintain inventory levels, including the ordering and receiving of medications and suppliesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and proceduresParticipate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth of the pharmacyMentor and supervise support staff, as neededQualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institutionActive Florida Pharmacist license in good standingMinimum 1 year of experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or a related fieldStrong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in electronic health records and pharmacy softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:While we may not be able to offer the highest salary in the market, we compensate by providing a balanced lifestyle, flexible hours, and a supportive work environment.
