The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience coordinating patient care in a fast-paced medical environment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate surgical procedures for personal injury patientsSchedule surgeries, follow-up appointments, and consultationsCommunicate with patients, case managers, providers, and surgical facilitiesObtain and manage medical records, authorizations, and necessary documentationVerify personal injury case informationEnsure all pre-operative and post-operative requirements are completedMaintain accurate patient records and documentation within EMR systemsProvide excellent customer service and patient support throughout the surgical processQualificationsPrevious experience as a Surgical Coordinator, Medical Scheduler, or related healthcare role preferredExperience in Personal Injury, Orthopedics, Spine, Pain Management, or Neurosurgery is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of EMR systems and medical terminologyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBilingual ( Spanish, Creole, Russian) preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive payOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentFull-time position with stable hoursIf you are passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply and join our team at NEO Surgical Group.
