Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing - Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking motivated, per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team!Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is located in the village of Spring Valley, New York. We offer a variety of health care solutions for our patients including long term and sub-acute care. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and possess the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.Responsibilities:Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.Requirements:COVID-19 VaccinatedAssociate's Degree in Physical TherapyValid NYS License awarded by NYS Education Department required.SNF experience preferred but not required
