Job DescriptionPARTS DETAILERRotating Shift5:00 am - 5:30 pm$19.87 per hourESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSUses buffing compound, rouge, and pneumatic buffers, and associates buffs finished units to an acceptable surface appearance and glossVisually inspects parts before and after buffing to ensure that no defective units are processed or released for packingApply clear tape to all rim and bench surfaces of unitsCommunicate inspection resultsMaintains an accurate count of pieces processedMaintains work area, e.g. cleans up, keeps materials, equipment, etc. in clean working conditionPractices and follows all required safety regulationsPerforms all duties as assigned by supervisionJOB REQUIREMENTSRequires moderate physical demandAbility to process a designated number of unitsMust be able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work scheduled overtime and the possibility of reduced work hours
