GojiberryAI is hiring its first Growth Operator in Europe.Goal: turn explosive traction into a scalable growth machine.The company went from $0 to $2M ARR in 9 months, and we’re just getting started.We’re looking for a high-agency growth profile to help scale acquisition, content, partnerships, distribution, and AI-powered GTM systems.This is a ground-floor opportunity to join GojiberryAI early and work directly with the founders to shape how the company grows.You’ll operate across growth experiments, funnels, content, automation, AI workflows, and revenue initiatives with one focus:find what works and scale it fast.ResponsibilitiesGrowth experimentsLaunch and iterate acquisition channels across LinkedIn, outbound, communities, partnerships, content, Reddit, YouTube, AI SEO, and paid acquisition.Content & distributionWork directly with founders to scale organic growth and distribution loops across multiple platforms.Pipeline & revenue ownershipTrack what actually drives qualified pipeline and revenue.
